Just found this hilarious music video parody of the Mims song This is Why I’m Hot. Targeted at those brunchers who equate a Sunday prix fixe with a 32oz Gatorade and a greasy bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, This is Why I Brunch is the ultimate hangover cure. That is if you can get out of bed to watch it.
Created and performed by comedian Josh Filipowski of Like2Laugh, the video highlights some NYC favorites like Brother Jimmy’s, H&H Bagels and the many diners, bistros and trattorias you can find on any given block. He also calls out Mickey D’s as a brunch spot, but c’mon, who’s really up by 10:30am on a Sunday?
